What type of foundation do we need? < top >
A variety of foundation choices are available with engineer stamp plans:
Concrete Piers (sono tube) or commonly called pillars
Grade Beam or commonly called continuous footing

What sizes are available? < top >
We offer 30', 35' and 40' wide in the single arch model and 50', 60', 66', 70', 80', 100', and 125' wide in the truss models.

What is the average cost of roof replacement? < top >
The average cost of roof replacement is between 20% and 25% of total building price.
Example: Roof Cover for a HP-50' x 100'cost $6,100.00 (this figure is based on any color of regular 10 oz. fabric. (prices may change without notice)
What type of environment does the MegaDome provide? < top >
The white and tan colored covers provide an environment of being warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. Being inside a MegaDome is like being outside in the bright and airy atmosphere.
Is the fabric repairable? < top >
By using a heat weld gun, we can repair damaged fabric. There is a local contractor in the Maritime's that has been fully trained to do on-site repairs.
Can we relocated the building? < top >
These buildings provide the flexibility to allow you to take down your building and move it to a new location.
Is it possible to add on to the building? < top >
It is absolutely no problem to add to the length of your building at any time.

How do the MegaDome buildings hold up against our Maritime weather conditions? < top >
All the MegaDome Structures, as well as the foundation, are designed and analyzed by our team of engineers in order to meed your local building code standards (snow and wind load requirements) in your area.
What type of welding technique is carried out on the MegaDome building? < top >
We perform bronze welding, accredited by the Canadian Welding Bureau, offering a better protection against corrosion than the usually painted weldings. At the time Bronze Welding is performed, the galvanized truss is not affected by the welding and therefore your MegaDome Building will have a much longer life rust-free!

Doors: more info
The choice is yours! Doors can be installed on gable ends and/or sides. Any type of door can be used and they can be installed so they swing, slide or roll-up. Just confirm with our staff the type, size and location of your door(s) to ensure for proper framework.
